The Birds is great. I'd argue even better than Northwest.

Don Jon (2013)
Don Jon is a really good film. It's a well written, well directed, and well perfomed film. I'm impressed by JGL's directorial debut and can't wait to see more from him.

Reservoir Dogs9/10 An instant classic. Perhaps the greatest indie film ever made. Having Steve Buscemi run away with the diamonds, unscathed at the end, and with everybody else dead was just genius.
The Italian Job7.5/10
El Mariachi8/10 For an extremely low-budget foreign-language film made in 1992 with amateur actors, this was great.
The Wolf of Wall Street10/10 I gotta be honest, this film is in my top 5 favorite movies of all-time. It's just that fucking awesome. Even better watching it the second time. Plus, I didn't even know that it broke the record for most uses of the word "fuck" in a movie, with 506 uses. Wow.

Reservoir Dogs is a great film, but not even close to best-indie.
I'm surprised, however, you prefer it over Pulp Fiction, since that's an indie film as well, while still a Tarantino-classic.

Rambo, I said referring to Reservoir Dogs as "Perhaps the greatest indie film ever made" Perhaps means possibly, but not a certainty. This means that it's one of the greatest indie films ever made, but yet I don't know if it actually is better than Pulp Fiction.

I never said you said that it was. I'm just commenting on yours: "Perhaps the greatest indie-film". To, which, all I said was that it isn't even close to that.
I never referred to the fact that it IS, but I did refer to the fact that it's FAR from being. Those are two different things.

Over-rated. Good, but not as good as everyone says.
I think most of the love for it comes from people with too great of an appreciation for gimmicks, or who haven't seen actual timeless Disney movies like Aladdin, Hercules, or Treasure Planet in a long time.

Lol, that's a funny joke. It doesn't measure up to some of Disney's previous releases. Or even some of Dreamworks'.
