Why AC Liberation is a bad idea

Admit it, as awesome as the game looks... it is flawed. And that is because of a female protagonist. Yes it's shallow of me to think this but honestly...it's bad on many levels and this is why.

1.It shows they've run out of ideas. Can't think of any interesting new gameplay elements? Change era and change protagonist's gender.

2.It's harder for gamers like me to enjoy it. I don't connect to female characters easily. Sure this girl looks like a badass but ultimately it's a she.... and I don't see myself getting fully immersed into the experience. And even at the very least I wouldn't be able to use it as fap material because, yet again, it's a female.

3.It's attracting a whole new demographic. Come on, if a game has a female protagonists, girls are a lot more likely to check out the game. And honestly, AC doesn't have a massive girl fanbase. I am not meaning to sound harsh here but girls aren't...well, always quite so good at gaming. This is entirely just a wild possibility but evenso, maybe Ubisoft are trying to attract a less hardcore audience (for lack of a better word). Perhaps they aren't caring what the fans want and are just trying to spread the games appeal.

4.The game will be a joke. There are only so many things an assassin can do in the kitchen.

If it was a real AC game, absolutely. If it ends up having the option to change gender then I shall have to get a Vita for it alone.

I actually prefer psp and sony over 3ds and nintendo. Im just waiting for a better model of vita with a good battery life, a price drop and some more games. Im not a fanboy and I think the concept of fanboyism doesn't work for me... I can't get butthurt about a game being on another system.. I could just buy the system.

I turn 3D off and at least can rest easy knowing I have games to play in those few hours (or I can play Pokemon which barely drains the battery....).

Yeah, if you turn the 3D off you have a slightly less-shitty PSP.
