Red Dead Redemption was pretty awesome.

I really enjoyed the latest Call of Juarez, never cared much for red dead.

Seeing as I've never played Red Dead, I'd go with Call of Juarez. 

Both should be great games, though, so it's really just a win-win.

Never played Call of Juarez, so Red Dead.

I never played Red Dead Revolver, but Red Dead Redemption is leagues better than every Call of Juarez game (the first two of which I enjoyed).

Red Dead Redemption is quite possibly the best open-world game of last generation, and maybe one the best games of all-time.

Never played nor cared for the Call of Juarez games.

Red Dead Redemption is a masterpiece. The ride into Mexico with Jose Gonzalez playing in the background was one of the highlights of last gen.

I like CoJ and its first sequel, but they're simply fun games, whereas RDR is a far more of a well-rounded experience, emotionally and what not.

The ride into Mexico, and hell, the ride home. And the ending. Probably the best writing of any Rockstar game, especially since they're not dipping into the same pool of character types they've been reusing for most of the Grand Theft Auto games.
