2001: A Space Odyssey looks like a brand new movie on Blu-ray. Except for the apes scenes though. My favorite Blu-ray transfer would have to be Pulp Fiction. Though the remaster version of The Terminator on Blu-ray looks fucking amazing. I was shocked by how good it looked, considering it's a low-budget film from the early 80s.

The apes scenes do look worse cuz it just looks faker but the rest is gorgeous. I own The Terminator on Blu-Ray but I think it's the regular Blu-Ray, without any sort of proper remastering done.

The regular release is fucking dog shit. Get the remaster version, it's way fucking better.
