It's okay. I used to pronounce Ninja Gaiden with more emphasis on the second syllable. So it would come out "Gai-DEN" instead of "GAI-den" and people would call me out on it all the time.

Okay, Sony, you're finally catching my interest, now if you put Spyro and Crash in, I might get it in the end.

This was a guaranteed purchase the moment they announced cross buy. Going to love playing this on the go and all these newly announced characters just keep getting better and better. I love how they're digging deep into Playstation's history. Gotta Believe!

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale is the biggest PS3/Vita exclusive game of the fall, and as we found out back at Gamescom, it will support Cross Buy. This means that by purchasing the PlayStation 3 version of All-Stars, you will get the Vita version for free.
Today on the PlayStation Blog, some clarity was brought to this situation by Daryl Allison. Allison is the senior producer of the Vita version of All-Stars being ported to the device by Bluepoint Games. In the comments section of the blog post, he notes that “Cross Buy works for retail as well as digitally,” all but confirming that both iterations of All-Stars will be available both in-store and on the PSN. “Those who purchase the PS3 version at retail or on PSN will receive a digital download for the PS Vita version at no additional cost.”
Because of the fact that all Vita games must be available digitally, All-Stars being on PSN day one for Vita isn’t at all a surprise. However, it is a bit of a surprise to learn that All-Stars will be available digitally for PS3, hopefully day one as well. And it’s cool to know that, no matter how you decide to purchase the PS3 game, you’ll get the Vita version for free with no issues.
Sony has revealed that no more characters will be announced for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale’s launch. In a post on Twitter, PlayStation Blog senior social media specialist Sid Shuman wrote that “We have revealed the full launch lineup of characters,” confirming that All-Stars will ship with 20 fighters
I'm really dissapointed right now. Only 20 Characters? Really?

Sony has revealed that no more characters will be announced for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale’s launch. In a post on Twitter, PlayStation Blog senior social media specialist Sid Shuman wrote that “We have revealed the full launch lineup of characters,” confirming that All-Stars will ship with 20 fighters.
Keep in mind that All-Stars could easily add additional characters via downloadable content, so this doesn’t necessarily mean the roster will stay at 20 forever. For now, though, at launch you’ll have the following options:
Big Daddy Cole MacGrath Evil Cole MacGrath Colonel Radec Dante Fat Princess Heihachi Mishima Jak and Daxter Kratos Nariko Nathan Drake PaRappa the Rapper Raiden Ratchet and Clank Sackboy Sir Daniel Fortesque Sly Cooper Spike Sweet Tooth Toro
Rumors in the past have suggested additional fighters such as Metal Gear Solid’s Snake and Kat from Gravity Rush, though neither has ever been confirmed by Superbot.
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will hit stores on November 20th for PlayStation 3 and Vita, and buying the console version will get you the Vita version for free. For a look at all 20 launch characters in action, check out 30 minutes of expert videos from Sony’s Seth Killian. For even more, be sure to see our official PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale wiki guide.
WHAT THE FUCCCCCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? :fuuu:
This is gay. 20 characters? They have SOOO MANY MORE options to add all of them being unique so it wouldn't be like SSBB when they just rehash a character. This makes me quite sad. And downloadable content... why? I mean it will just make things confusing. People will learn how to use their characters more effective and if they do add a new one occasionally, it will just throw people off. Me no gusta.

It was on October 1st, in this article, that I shared with you all an edited version of the e-mail I sent SuperBot Entertainment. After your tweets, e-mails, and comments, I decided to share the whole thing in one go. This story today, however, is coming after Omar Kendall stated that the game will include just the 20 playable characters already revealed. Does that mean that the final information that I’m presenting to you now is not correct? Unfortunately, that might very well be the case.
That being said, however, I never did lie or put up fake news/hints, etc. Over the course of 12 months reporting on PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (since its Title Fight days), I’ve put up only what I was given. And thus, my hints only reflected the information I had. Take this for what you will:
Start
25th Anniversary Division: Cloud Strife, Old Solid Snake

So what will be in this limited Beta? You’ll be able to play as Kratos, Sweet Tooth, Colonel Radec, Sly Cooper, PaRappa, and Fat Princess. You’ll be able to play in both the Metropolis and Hades stages. You’ll be able to try out four-player online tournaments and 2 v 2 online tournaments. For the 2 v 2 games we’ll be supporting friend invites, so you and a friend can fight another team online. This, of course, is only a tiny fraction of what PlayStation All-Stars has to offer, but we thought you’d love the chance to try it early and see what all the buzz is about. Be sure to hop on quickly as we’ll be ending the Beta on October 30th! But that’s not all. As you know, we have a pre-order program running right now that unlocks a set of exclusive costumes in the game. Today we’re happy to unveil the rest of the costumes you’ll be getting with your pre-order of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Unlocked with your pre-order at participating retailers, these costumes will work for both the PS3 and PS Vita when it releases on November 20th, so be sure to reserve your copy today. And don’t forget: PlayStation All-Stars features Cross-Buy support, so if you purchase the PS3 version, you’ll get a downloadable PS Vita version for no extra cost. With Beta access beginning tomorrow, we look forward to getting your feedback on the game and seeing what you think of this highly anticipated title. Spread the word and we’ll see you online!
