Oh god I hope they don't use the Ultimate version of Green Goblin, but then again this does seem to be based on the Ultimate version.... GAY(Everything about Ultimate Spider-Man is better than Amazing Spider-Man except Green Goblin)

The most logical thing to do is to mix both 616 Goblin with Ultimate Goblin. I don't like Ultimate Goblin either, but Osborn in a goblin costume is kinda silly for live-action.

Not really, it shows how absolutely fucking insane he is, and they cab pull it off and make him terrifying and scary. Merging together is retarded, he's not supposed to be an actual fucking goblin, that's like ejaculating into your grandmother
