Well...okay. I think PC gaming will eventually "go away" not because of the price but because of what most people seem to think of the price. They see it as too expensive and a lot of websites try to educate people on how to get into PC gaming only makes me think that it's a sinking ship that the PC gamers are trying to save.
Also the fact that there is just more money in console games will make more and more publishers move to the consoles exclusively.
30 million people on Steam seem to think otherwise. PC gaming will not go away. And there isn't more money in console gaming, only games like CoD and shit get that much money. Steam gives something like 70% back to devs I think. Bio didn't you tell me that?
Well, I'm not talking about the people already on steam. I'm talking about people who aren't already PC gamers. And I'm not talking about what the devs earn. I'm pretty sure they don't have that much of say on what platform they develop for. Isn't that up to the publisher? And it's common sense for the publisher to go with the consoles since every multiplatform game will sell more on the consoles.

Vgchartz doesn't count digital sales. Also, a game could sell 3-4 times more on a console vs the PC and the PC version would still be just as profitable.
