yeah I know. But, it still takes place during the events of Halo 3. Plus, it even gives you all of the Halo 3 MP maps + map packs all on one disc. This fucks over anyone who payed for them.

For 2 or 3 months it was.

I know, and I feel cheated. I paid $60 for ODST when I could've waited and bought the map pack alone for $10, mainly because the map pack was promised to be exclusive initially.

It took place during Halo 2 and I felt it was a great deal considering I didn't own any of their maps.

lol ever heard of Call of Duty or any sports title? They're all basically the same goddamn thing ever year but people still buy it's probably the two most profitable areas of the gaming industry.
Hell even Assassin's Creed has been the same thing since 2009 and I'm certain you bought Brotherhood and most certainly will buy Revelations.

Halo CE for both campaign and multiplayer.

Halo 2 for multiplayer.

Halo 3 was meh. Enjoyable campaign but too short. Could have done better. Multiplayer got stale quicker than CE and 2 did.

ODST sucked.

Reach was fun for a month. Campaign was way too short. Not worth $60.
