- Fox announced tonight that they have given a series order to Lucifer, which will be a supernatural television series based on characters from DC's Vertigo Comics imprint. See, when one door closes on a supernatural television show based on a DC Comic (Constantine), another one opens. The Lucifer pilot was written by Californication creator Tom Kapinos and directed by Len Wiseman. Currently, producers are still on the hunt for a showrunner.
