Len Wiseman To Direct Lucifer Pilot; Show Being Set Up As A Police Procedural

The original logline for the show was pretty similar to the comic series, and had Lucifer growing tired with his infernal responsibilities and relocating to LA where he opened an exclusive piano bar called Lux. Now it seems it's "undergone an evolution toward a police procedural", with Deadline adding that the character will "gets his kicks helping the LAPD punish criminals."
