So I've been thinking about selling my PS3

I've been thinking about doing this for the past week and getting myself a PS4 already. I'll be selling it for $150 since at GameStop they cost $200 and up.

Do you guys think I should sell it? or should I wait to get a PS4?

Wait with the PS4. I'd say at least 'till Fall. 

It's up to yourself, though. Just remember that there aren't that many great exclusive PS4 games coming untill Fall, anyway.

I'd wait until more games role in. Also, a good way to pass time is to replay all your favorite PS3 games because you won't be playing them again.

Wait to get a PS4, and hold on to your PS3 for now. There are still games coming out for it, even games not on the next-gen systems. Besides, there just isn't a ton of games on PS4 to play right now.

There is NO point in selling your past consoles. You will ALWAYS get a longing to go back and play a certain game. Especially multiplayer ones you played with your friends or family. They'll want to go back to that and play it again. So that's why I kept the Gamecube. Could play the games on my wii now but I cant be fucked with it.

Just save up and get PS4 when you have the money. No point in selling a system with hundreds of games for a system that has like 2 dozen mediocre games.

If PlayStation Now actually works well, may as well just sell it. Best to wait and see though.
