They are called faggots that try too hard. What the guy got going for him that he imports a lot of shit that you normally can't get. Those limited edition Vita handhelds aren't cheap.

Should i buy XIII-2? Is it any good? The graphics look worse than XIII on youtube, is that the case?

Also i liked XIII, i really enjoyed the combat system.

Kind of wish I could understand Japanese. Not that I give a fuck about the culture, I would just like to be able to play Final Fantasy Agito, Digimon World and the Kenka Bancho sequels

Gameplay-wise, XIII-2 was somewhat of an improvement over XIII. There are now sidequests all-throughout, recruitable monsters, and actual minigames.

The story gets kinda fucked up though. Feels a bit forced.
