If you ignore reviews, and judge by quality, Vita wins. Half of those 3DS games are just novelties.

Say what you will about other Nintendo titles but Legend of Zelda may looks like a kids game, but is actually not.

I at least think everyone can agree most 3DS are kid's games compared to Vita games.
Even just Persona 4 Golden implies sex with at least 2 characters.

Fire Emblem is a complex, hardcore tactical RPG. Legend of Zelda is home to some of the most difficult dungeons/segments ever including the WATER TEMPLE. Not to mention all the sinister undertones of death throughout, like the torturing crucifix above with the pool of blood below it. Pushmo is a puzzle game. Both kids and adults can play it but it gets difficult. Not really the most fun game for kids, nor very accessible. Super Mario 3D Land can be played by adults and kids. It has difficult moments and more simple moments. It's a game for everyone really. I know nothing about cave story.
Regardless, these games can be enjoyed by anyone. All you people are talking about is the aesthetic which is very light hearted. So what? A lot of you guys hype up the Sly Cooper games, the Crash Bandicoot games, the Ratchet & Clank games, the Jak n Daxter games! They are just as "kiddy" (and they are a lot more so than the LOZ and Fire Emblem games).
And what does kiddy even mean? Are you aware that these days, kids favourite games are Call of Duty, Uncharted and Halo?
