And cause overall Nintendo and Sony have a much bigger influence on Japan.

They just need more Japanese games.

I've read that when they released Idolmaster, the sales increased some 230%.

And Japan had the highest Xbox Live sign-up rates in the world.

You nailed it.The western and japanese market have totally different tastes.Bassically, we like chainsawing locust and they like playing dating sims.

Not to mention Japan's gaming industry seems like they're stuck in a rut.
