Rage is looking good and all but iD hasn't made a good game in like 10 years, so I pick Bungie, and shouldn't there be a poll?

Wolfenstein, Doom, Quake, and many other games.

Yo ID software, Doom is awesome and all but Halo: CE had one of the best ending levels of all time! Of all time!

Namco hasn't made a good game in like 20 years. They're still better than id Soft. and Bungie.

iD Software invented the FPS genre while Bungie only popularized it for consoles.

A more fair comparison would be Guerilla Games vs Bungie, Insomniac vs Bungie, DICE vs Bungie, etc.

ODST is announce and everyone was like..."Bungie wouldn't sell us an expansion at retail price, its a whole new game"

Bungie themselves said it was an expansion, and it was Microsoft's decision on the price, not Bungie. Bungie wanted it priced for about $40. Well I guess there was Oni.

Besides, considering that ID hasn't made a good game since fucking 1999 I'd say Bungie wins by default.
