A couple of months in 2011 have already passed away and alot of games have been released. Some good. Some bad. Some dissapointing. We all know that the biggest of the big games haven't released yet like BF3, skyrim, uncharted 3, gears 3, ECT. But what is your game of the year for so far?
Mine would be infamous 2 so far. Really addicting and fun to pick up with alot of side missions and the way they combine karma with free roaming is amazing.

=/ The only 2011 game I bought this year so far is KZ3.
I'm sure inFamous 2 is better though. I'll likely pick it up when it hits the bargain bin or when PSN goes down again (through Sony's "welcome back 2.0" program ). You know, whichever comes first .
TBH I'm not getting much games this year. Gears 3, BF3, and maybe the budget price Halo: CEA is all I'm getting...Fuck all the game developers for deciding to bombard Q4 2011 with awesome games.

I don't know, but if i have to choose it would be Socom 4. This game is fun in multiplayer mode even though the story is shit, and you're not really a Navy SEAL but instead you're a NATO officer.

I've literally played next-to-nothing that has come out this year. Money issues But also I ended last year with a bang, caught up with loads of games and still haven't been able to complete them all.
But yeah if we are talking purely about 2011 games, I can't say.
But as for games that I bought this year... Monster Hunter 3rd Portable is pretty sweet

Witcher 2 by far. It has been a long time since I have played that good of a RPG, could it been in 2006 or 2007 when Witcher came out. Man that series is awesome.
