Although its been reported we don't actually see Janet van Dyne's face in the film, virtually unknown actress Hayley Lovitt revealed on Twitter that she portrayed Janet in the film. It's also been revealed that Janet may not be dead in the film, and may retain her youthfulness if she's stuck in the Quantum Realm. Lovitt may have signed a multi-picture deal which would be exciting to see Janet explored more in upcoming movie releases.

After finally seeing the movie, they'll likely find another actress to play Janet in future movies. Even though there is no point in doing so since Hope is now the new Wasp. Unless Ultron comes back and takes over Janet's body or something like in the comics.
