Official 'CONSTANTINE' Discussion Thread

They seem to be shopping it around and many people want the CW to pick it up.

Here comes the water works at 3... 2... 1...

Episode 9 is still the best episode in the entire season. It's just so good. Sad this will probably never get a Blu-Ray release, but here's to it being on Netflix in a few years.

Why wouldn't it get a Blu-ray release? Tons of early cancelled shows get Blu-ray releases all the time.

Because we haven't heard jack shit about a Blu-Ray release.

@yonny616 Well we haven't heard anything from the Daredevil release either. I remember I waited around 6 months for a season of Hannibal to come out on Blu-ray. So you know, it might take awhile.

I guess, just that I don't think NBC's actually released Blu-Ray's for a show cancelled one season in.

Is Constantine any good? I'm kind of interested in it.

If you like all that supernatural occult stuff I'd say give it a try. Overall it's honestly a solid show. Also there's this:

@yonny616 I don't think TV networks even release their own shows on DVD or Blu-ray. Warner Bros. is suppose to release it on Blu-ray, not NBC. Just like how Disney is suppose to release Daredevil, not Netflix. Or Sony releasing Breaking Bad and not AMC. Hell, Lionsgate are the ones that put out the Hannibal Blu-rays, not NBC.

The WBTV better get the fuck to it. They've announced for the other DC/Vertigo shows, but Constantine ain't getting any love. Hopefully after his appearance on Arrow they'll announce a blu-ray release.

HA! I hadn't noticed that.

I just want to let you all know you can watch the final 5 episodes. These are essentially the best episodes in the series, especially 9. Though 9 is the second part of two parts, but it's that exorcism is just amazing.
