Xbox One is looking much better right now, but PS4 will inevitable get good Japanese support as has been stated. I'll probably get both eventually. For now I'll just wait until Black Friday and see which one has the best deal.

I don't know. I liked Delsin's personality more. And I have not played inFamous 2 but Second Son does not have a lot of replay value.
