History: Legends of War for Vita is a turn based strategy game but you don't use touch screen as far as I know.

Zombie Tycoon 2 handled the control scheme really well (though it didn't use the touchscreen). I think it's only a matter of time before we start seeing more like it.

As long as you don't expect too much from the online, it's pretty good. It's a bit frustrating at times, but the control schemes and graphics are pretty nice.
