This DLC is leaps and bounds better than Infamous Second Son itself. I feel more attached to Fetch than Delsin, and frankly, having just 1 power is better than 4. Every upgrade is focused on Neon and it's not just basics like all the powers in Second Son were. It's like electricity from the previous InFAMOUS games. 1 Power but many more moves and mechanics.
