It was okay before when only every once in a while people went off-topic to get a good laugh but now it's getting out of hand.

| You can either be a rough mod and force the members to learn, or you can be a slavemod and fix all their mistakes. Probably the best way to go at it is to start gentle, then gradually get tougher. Being a good Moderator can make you very unpopular, but you'll be kept in high regard by people who know what a good mod looks like.
