It's amazing to think how far we've come, when the same device we use for calling our friends, also plays full-blown 3D video games.
Furthermore, they boast an appstore of millions of games!
Yet in spite of this marvelous breakthrough, there's something rotten in Denmark. You know what it is? The controls. A mobile phone is meant to be small and portable, so analog sticks jutting out are not ideal, so we have compromises

Be it the touch surface of the Xperia or the multi-touch capable screens of the iOS/Android systems.

Sadly, none of these are ideal. They do a fine job for playing a few light-hearted games like Angry Birds but what about our
