Locked and warning meter put fron 75% to 100% for flame-bait, promoting trolling and not properly contributing to the section.

Due to the fact that you have already had a 3 days ban not long ago plus the many bypassed sock accounts you made i am sentencing you to a 1 week ban adding one day for every other sock account you attempt to make.

Why was he banned? I agree with him, the anime/manga section doesnt belong in the comic section

Anime/manga is like the Japanese version of comic books. It doesn't matter if you have some high horse opinion about it, it's going to stay as a subsection in that category. It's not a big deal unless you make it one.
