The narrator is Max Landis, writer of Chronicle and son of director John Landis (who is known for directing comedy classics such as National Lampoon's Animal House, Coming to America, Trading Places, and The Blues Brothers, as well as the horror film An American Werewolf in London and Michael Jackson's iconic "Thriller" music video).
Also has some nice celebrity appearances in it, including Elijah Wood, Mandy Moore, Simon Pegg, Ron Howard, Zach Cregger (from The Whitest Kids U' Know), and Chris Hardwick.
