Okay please can you deal with this better?

Keep banning people when they cause any offenses on this forum. Yes that includes me.
But don't ban for petty reasons. That includes on and off the chatbox.

Designers were given their title in exchange for the promise that they'd make banners when needed. If they are ignoring our requests for a new banner then either force them to make these banners or remove them as designers.

If we get an influx of trolls (or just tahmidk) we don't want them posting crap and getting away with it for ages because there's no mods online. Either recruit a few new mods/ admins or the ones that are barely ever online, get rid of them and get someone who will do their job. Hey, maybe recruit temporary-mods when current mods are away on holiday or something.

Also can we have a bit more maturity in the authority? Nothing wrong with having a laugh but be a bit professional about it. This doesn't apply to all of you. <3

Try to get new members. No matter what it takes. This forum doesn't have half the activity it used to have. Doesn't matter how you do it. Get more people to join.

Just some suggestions on how to improve things over here. I do like this place, it just needs stuff sorted out.

Yea. We haven't got a legit member since Jones and Fish. Go advertise or make new videos or something.

We should have more mods or something. Y'know.

And why don't you help with advertising? I hear a lot of people talking but no one doing anything. Lets get the G7HD channel up and running again.

Also, there is plenty of staff compared to the number of people on the forum.

Mods have always had the right to ban people on the chatbox as a joke...It's a fucking tradition for a lot of forums. You're getting all grumpy because I did it to you now?

But that's besides the point...Anyone on this forum knows I chatbox ban people for either posting porn, spam, or being fuckin stupid. You were ignorantly bashing me over me saying "smoke break's over."

...First off, if I was smoking I wasn't trying to imply that I'm cool for doing it. But I wasn't smoking, I was actually referring to the loading screen on MGS4. Certain loading screens in MGS4 feature Snake smoking while the game loads. When I said "smoke break is done" I meant "HIS smoke break is done." So genius if you haven't figured out the reason as to why I chatbox banned you. Let me spell it out for you..YOU WERE BEING INCREDIBLY STUPID/RUDE.

Absolutely, but the current banner is technically recent, but around this time, we should get a new banner up. So I'll get tem to get an UC3 banner going.

Our mods are pretty active, and if we're not online and tahmdick pops up, his posts only usually stays on for at most an hour. I don't really think a new one is necessary at this point.

Well, as of now, I'm trying to meet up with blackstigma on afterwind (to get him to rejoin), but we log on at different times. But the whole member thing is easier said than done, I'll make a thread requesting any users here to get someone they know to join. I'll also ask myself via youtube friends to get people to join.

Just some suggestions on how to improve things over here. I do like this place, it just needs stuff sorted out.

Also smart move for re-modding Reaper (at least to chatbox mod). He's online at different times to the rest of the mods so that should help keep moderation active. Plus he was a good mod to my recollection so it is nice to have him back in control. So props to you or Sonji for that move. I think he should be made a full mod though, providing he lives up to your expectations or does his job well and whatnot (like a promotion).

Jubjub, what do you mean by "you of all people"? I spam here when theres little to nothing going on, in hope of some reactions. It gets the forum bustling a bit more usually. One exception was the rough gay wolf sex thing. That, I will admit, was a bit out of line, though I integrated it into normal posts for the most part. Also when I get banned for petty reasons like one joke thread in the off topic section...oh right, so when Mecha posts silly videos of Arabs thats okay, and when I make a "rate the penis above you thread" with cartoon dicks, that isn't and I get banned for a week or more? That is a bit stupid if you ask me. I think at worst I should have gotten a warning and the thread deleted. Not bloody 10 days ban or whatever it was.

I don't know what I can do with advertising. When I made videos we got a few members but very few of them remained active. If I get an opportunity to attract some members, I will.

Alan, sorry I misinterpreted your comment but you pissed me off beforehand, threatening to perma-ban me for no valid reason other than because you hope to get more members. Furthermore acting like it's your forum and saying that everyone hates me. lol maybe four of five people do, but to act like I'm not wanted at all? Doesn't sound mature to me.
