I was thinking Oblivion but we're both on the same page
The Oblivion jumps were pretty much like Matrix jumps. Hell, they were more like Matrix jumps than actual Matrix jumps. You would just push off the ground with your toes and basically soar. I had the Boots of Springheel Jak, which make you jump higher, and now I can land on small buildings with a single jump.
