| Um, they're the same thing except that Dragon Ball Kai takes out the filler.
It's pretty obvious kai is better. | |

| Kai doesn't cover the Buu saga though, which is one of the best sagas in the series because of the character development of Vegeta. | |

| DBZ, while Kai follows the Magna more closely, it doesn't have the Buu Saga and the fillers(Yeah, some of them were funny).
IMO the fillers in DBZ actually give the characters some personality instead of showing them as a bunch of fighters with Super-human strength that only care about fighting. | |

| DBZ, obviously. I grew up watching and loving this I show. I was never a fan of Dragon Ball Kai.
BTW, this thread would be better if it was DBZ vs original Dragon Ball. | |
