| THE STORY the story is set quite awhile after brotherhood once again we play as ezio as he searches to find more about altair and the old order in masyaf desmond is stuck in the animus as he tries to synch with ezio and altair so that he can escape the animus and save the world ezio returns again and he finds out that he needs to find the 5 keys that will unlock the library inside masyaf where supposedly altair has hidden something the problem is that he needs to travel to constantinopole (modern day istanbul) to find the keys 4 of them are hidden while the templars (byzantines) own one of them the story is by far the best assassins creed story to date we bid farewell to altair and ezio (especially altair) and the story for both of these legendary assassins end the story for desmond continues as he will return and save the world next year with the supposedly ac3 the story on paper doesn't sound anything but its actually more than that its one of the most personal video game stories to date we meet new characters that will help and oppose both altair and ezio the only slight thing i was dissapointed is that altair isn't that much in the game but its still a blast to play through this awesome story ezio will meet key characters from history like prince suleiman, prince ahmet and the last heir to the byzantines (forgot his name) in the end,ac revelations has the most personal and the best ac story to date
so for the story 10.0
THE GRAPHICS i cant say anything about the graphics while brotherhood improved the graphics just a bit over ac2 revelations takes few steps further the enviroments and the whole city of constantinopole is freaking amazing the city is the biggest one to date and theres soo many landmarks and stuff to explore the character models are superb and the attention to detail in the animations and the voice acting is outstanding this is without a doubt one of the finest games ever made
so for the graphics 10.0
THE GAMEPLAY now this is the defining factor of the game the gameplay is mostly the same from the last games if you liked the gameplay for ac2 and brotherhood, you will love this even more the free running is faster thanks to the zip lines and the hook blade you will be able to climb faster with the hook blade and you will also traverse faster with the zip lines theres tons of side quest plus with the excellent story the combat has been improved and in surprise theres new animations to the kills and more variety in the enemies theres this type of guards called the jannisaries which you can't beat by just playing the game like brotherhood or batman they will block, shoot you with a pistol while trying to fight you and they run faster than you they are like the papal guards from brotherhood just 2 times more faster, stronger and more annoying they can be killed after a while but prepare to die because of them ALOT the den defence,i dont really like it but its not necessary to do it theres tombs that are similar to the ones in brotherhood and ac2 but instead you will search for the keys its actually very straightforward and better than the tombs in ac2 and brotherhood when you look at the total package there are problems which are minor and there are the positives, theres also slight glitches but they are not common the positives outnumber the negatives and again i love the ac gameplay to death and this one doesnt dissapoint
so for the gameplay 10.0
FUN FACTOR this and skyrim are a tie for game of they year in my opinion both are awesome games but i have to say that assassins creed revelations surprised me more than any game this year i didnt expect much from it,most of the games i played like skyrim, batman, uncharted 3,saints row the third, dark souls and battlefield were awesome but revelations takes many steps forward and imrpoves this is the best improvement to a franchise in just a year (take note activision) i dont care about the reviewers giving this game less than 9s the story, the characters like ezio and altair meet their end desmond will continue to stop the armagedon and by the end i think the next game is going to be set between after revelations story and ww2 ac revelations isnt just the best action adventure game this year for me,its actually one of the best games ive played in a while
so for the fun factor 10.0
FINAL SCORE:AC REVELATIONS GETS A..10.0

I would agree. No matter how much of an AC fanboy I am, the graphics are definitely not the best in the industry. The art direction and design is still some of the best in the industry but not the technology.

How long did it take to beat the campaign? about a half a day i took some pauses its not that long and its not short it has the right length of a game this is good for a action adventure like assassins creed

| I just realized that Desmond looks like a whole different person in Revelations. The facial graphics do look better. | |
