I played it, haven't had any problems with it, and it doesn't play anything like cod. It's fun, but the hit detection and melee need some work.

The premise is very similar to cod with the customisable classes, 3 5 7 killstreaks, unlockable weapons etc. But there are some differences in the gameplay such as the jumping, cloak, armor.

The 1st one was ok. A few problems. 2 was AWFUL!!!!

Melee is stupid.

I'm sure they will fix the bugs. Crytek are known to be cocky bastards so reviewers will hang them if they don't. They really need to clean up the graphics and the pop-ins because they did say it will be the best looking game bar none, highly doubt that seeing as it's a multi-plat, but that's how confident they are. I'm sure the SP will look gorgeous though.

It probably won't be better looking than Crysis 1. The new CryEngine 3 is a downgraded version of CryEngine 2 so consoles can run it.

Pretty boring and stale. Feels like COD.

The beta was trash.An utter watse of my time.The textures and stuff liek that sucked and I hated the gameplay.Wasnt enough people around and everyone kept using that cheap cloaking.They made the cloaking very uneven.

well they put out a newer demo and i can play it. i have to say its ok nothing to special at least 4 me.
