Pete from Bethesda calls Skyrim fan an "ass"

The marketing guy, as usual checking his Twitter account when he saw this kind of tweet from an outrageous fan asking about the mapping button in Skyrim as well as saying an offensive word:

“is their going to be button mapping in skyrim? and give me a legit answer, not some bullshit answer.”

And here’s what Pete Hines responded: “Yes, there is button mapping, and you’re kinduv an ass and should go away. Is that a good enough answer?”

That’s not the only reason he goes mad, this fan called “UberAbwehr” already sending out a lot of not-so-nice tweets.

That's still no reason for the PR guy to act like an ass back to him. It makes the company look unprofessional. If I were that guy's boss, he would be fired right on the spot and I would have apologized to the fan.

Yeah, it sucks, but that's how the business world operates. anything you do could make the company look bad. If I didn't know who Bethesda was and my first impression of them was what that PR guy just said, I would think that all of the people at Bethesda are a bunch of pricks that don't care about there fans and insult them.

I personally would respect them more if I didn't see them as some company who just accepts assholes being assholes.
