Well the good news is, Activision lost the rights to make Marvel. Though I'm not really 100% about that.

That might be a bad thing, because Activision made a few really good Spiderman games with Web of Shadows and Shattered Dimensions. Plus, I heard that Edge of Time wasn't too shabby either.
