This forum needs organizing!

Remember back in the day, when a memeber could delete a thread they made even if there was comments on it. what ever happened to that feature? Now I don't know what these mods do all day, but today alone there's been 3 seperate hank pym threads. we need to tight down on orginization because this is getting as bad as IMDb and their multiple thread on one subject. anyway, have a nice day. 

The threads have been merged. And I think I'm going to have to start policing the Movie section a little more.

With great thread making powers comes great thread making responsibilities.

Is it okay that we post the really big news on their own threads once in awhile, then later add them to the official thread?

It's Mecha's fault. Didn't have any problems until he started making 14 threads per minute.

Welp to be honest, I pretty much avoid the movie section

Better of making an official thread of said movie.

I propose we split up the Off-Topic section into multiple sections.

Firstly, having a 'Movies/Television' section would allow us to make sub sections for General Industry News, Upcoming Releases, Anime, Television, and maybe even Jack's Critical Corner.

We could also create a Literature section for Novels, Manga, Comics and Mecha's Fortress of Solitude.

While creating new sections for all of Mecha's obsessions seems like much, I think this would definitely help take some weight off of the over-burdened Off-Topic section, and make it easier on the staff.


Another thing I'd like to propose, is furiously spanking Mecha whenever he posts random videos all over the place, instead of the video section.

Anime falls into television. It doesn't need its own section because anime's are fucking cartoons on television. Manga's are something else and they can be in the book section, but anime is still fucking Television and should have never gotten its own section./ rant

Western and Japanese television deserve their own sections. If Bollywood films were popular here, I'd encourage setting up a foreign films section. There is no use bunching things together when the only similarity is broadcast method.

Anime got its own section because of the same reason why comics got its own section.

Comic BOOKS and Mangas are BOOKS, the comic book section should just be called "Books" or Comic Books/Mangas.

ANIME is a cartoon which comes out on TELEVISION or have their own MOVIES. There is NO need for it to have its own section when it falls under the MOVIE/TELEVISION section!

They all need entire sections and/or subsections. It really wouldn't make sense to have all of Mecha's topics in a single subsection, the forum must accommodate Mecha's Forum Diarrhea.
