Frankly it has to go back to London. It just HAS to. What was the last decent open world London based game? The Getaway? Gangs of London? Come on! Give us a new GTA London!!
Otherwise, I'd like it to go to somewhere interesting, Ireland, I can imagine the scenery and Irish pubs and stuff. Or maybe Italy or France and have some nice quaint little villages to fuck shit up in.

Regardless of where they take us next, I want them to sort out the immersion! After completing GTA V I didn't want to go back because the world felt kinda bland and uninviting. It needs more varied interior environments. Sorry to draw the comparison again but Oblivion and Bully had TONS of varied areas to enter for different reasons. GTA has very few. You're just on the street 99% of the time.
