Forza has nicer trees maybe, but that's about it.  
 
It's already been established that GT was focused on improving gameplay.  When it's released, there will (as always) be no comparison between the games.

Nicer EVERYTHING pretty much. I will admit that the "premium" cars of GT5 (final version) looked marginally better than Forza 4's! Certainly, and the weather (especially rain) effects were amazing. But everything about the race tracks looked far superior in Forza. From the gravel/tarmac/dirt details, the cracks in the ground, the grazz, the plants, the foliage in general (not just in terms of how good the trees look, but bushes and foliage in general, also there are far more types so it looks more dynamic), the mountains/backdrops, any off-track details like rivers, waterfalls, lakes, oceans, meadows.. Forza dominates easily.

Marginally better is an understatement

No GT fan cares that much about the graphics. If they did then they would burn their copies after seeing those pixelated "weather effects."

The only ones who bring up the graphics argument are Sony fanboys that use GT5 as cannon fodder and haven't actually played much of the game.
