Sunday Without God

Last episode just came out on Tuesday and it was one of the best anime's I've ever seen! The first 3 episodes alone were better than entire seasons of other animes I've seen. The basic premise is that God has "abandoned" humanity. When people die they come back as the deceased (undead basically) because they can't pass on to the afterlife unless they are buried by a certain people known as grave keepers.

I highly recommend this to everyone it's amazing, the characters are very well developed, the protagonist is adorable, and it hits the feels in all the right places. It's easily in my top 5. The bad part is that it's only 12 episodes so I really hope there's a second season. Also that fucking ending! Best ending song to any anime ever.

I will give it a try the second I find a stream that doesn't hit me in the face with the quality :/ .

Ok I found one. Still not good, but atleast it's possible to watch it without hurting your eyes.#



So I watched the first 2 episodes. Strong setting imho, there are only 2 things I dislike thus far. I don't like it that almost every anime ever has a child protagonist. Though this time atleast it fits the story pretty good.

If you still need a good stream crunchyroll has an hd one. Although if you are a free user you have to watch a 30 second ad I think.

I tried crunchyroll, but for some reason crunchyrolls page of the anime is completely blank for me.

From what I have heard of this anime, it reminds me of the movie "Children of Men". Interesting concept, God abandoning the world, eh? I have heard this series is pretty anti-nihilistic, showing how bad a nihilistic world is. I should check it out sometime.
