Yes, it's a huge convention in chicago I go to once a year.

Few madoka figurines to finish my set, a huge asscat planet cuties poster, few manga/anime(various old shows, some ive never heard of but looked decent/cheap) and a few blue-rays of the classics.

3/4ths of the SaO cosplayers were men. That's including the Asuna cosplayers, because yes, there were male asunas.

So much SAO , though i have to say it lends itself rather well for cosplay i guess.

I mean I've been to RP cons and to stuff like the Gamescon, but do Anime/Manga and co. cons even exist in Europe ?

Anime is a small market outside Japan, but in Germany (Europe?) it practically doesn't even exist outside of toys for children and super casual shows.

Do you have pictures of the figurines you got ? I don't have any or intend to get some, but I really like some I've seen in the world wide web.
