well it looks like an AR pattern rifle,so AR. and the magazine is too big for 5.56x45 , so its probably 7.62x54. and the 7.62x54 model of the AR series is the 10. so its an AR10.

the suppressor doesn't have gasports on the exit rim . and it looks misshapen and distorted near the end. and so its probably a mock suppressor.

it could be airsoft too.
