PS4 vs 720

Upon hearing that 360 will require internet to be on 24/7 and that it will not support used games.... all I can say is PS4 all the way.
Even the lack of backwards compatibility I can look past providing it isn't that pile of shit Microsoft are bringing out. Sure, requiring online will improve the online community, so once again Microsoft will offer the better online service, but nonetheless, they dun goofed.

I agree. I mean I don't usually buy a system until a year or two into its life cycle so I can see which one has the best games, but the internet and pre-owned aspect of 720... if that is true, it has already killed it for me.

I'm not gonna make a decision here based solely on rumors. As Rambo said, it's too early to tell. I'll be able to make a preliminary pick once Microsoft reveals their new console. And even then, my opinion could change a year down the line if the console I didn't pick ends with an irresistibly epic title.

This thread is mainly for honesty, I am having doubts in the xbox 720 since the rumours

But that being said, they are only rumours. This has exposed the sony fagboys of this forum who will go for sony regardless.

Thing is, these video game rumors are usually true most of the time.

So if the PS4 is more powerful, easier to develop games for, and has my favorite franchises then that's all I need to know.

It is too early to call if you ask me, I would at least wait for the official 720 announcement before even shooting a guess.

Too many sources saying that the 720 is an "always on" machine, that is a big no no for me. If that's true then it's a nobrainer. PS4 it is. Unless XboxNext matches the PS4 for specs (doubtful), can be played offline then I'd probably consider it.

PlayStation 4. Always been a PS guy since I had my PSone. I've had every PS console/handheld, PSone, PS2, PS3, PSP, and PSVita.
