Batman is way more smater and is a more skillful fighter than Iron Man. Hell, Batman has even proved that he can take down the whole Justice League, especially Superman.

Superman himself even said Batman is the most dangerous person alive.

Batman only wins in DC Universe because it's their best selling comics and they dont want their customers to get butthurt, he would be dead in the marvel universe at the end of week

I think a fairer fight would be the JLA and The Avengers VS Batman.

Also, anyone who thinks Ironman could beat Batman is way wrong. Batman's greatest strength is his lack of weaknesses, and his ability to come up with new gadgets on the fly. He'd throw an EMP at Ironman, then disable Tony Stark.

Superman could also just lift the ground beneath them and chuck them all in the sun if he really wanted to.

Obviously when the comic book noobs first think of Batman, the first thing that pops into their head is the Nolan version. Who is completely dumb down compare to his comic book counterpart. Some people may think that humanizing Batman is a good idea, but it's like watching a Bruce Lee movie where he's less badass. There is a reason why Batman is a part of the Justice League, and it's obviously not his superpowers because Batman has none.
