Basically, Activision is suing Respawn's West and Zampella (ex-Infinity Ward employees) because they deprived Activision of their services by getting fired BY ACTIVISION. Activision claims that MW3 could have made much more money if it were made by the people they fired and is blaming them for MW3 not selling more. | |
