Worst video game company

There have been through times companies that were considered good and some that were considered greedy as fuck. But the three most controversial and hated ones currently are Activision, EA and Capcom. Which one do you think is worse and why?



Activision:

- Milking franchises yearly like call of duty and guitar hero with little effort to change it up
- Killing of franchises one by one
- Expensive DLC released every 4 months which some include rehashed maps
- Charging you for a monthly service others provide for free
- Suing EA for claiming to lure Infinity Ward founders to them


Electonic Arts:

- EA Origins
- Mass Effect 3's ending and putting pressure on Bioware
- Day 1 DLC and holding back game content just to charge it later
- EA online pass and always online DRM policy
- Milking sport franchises


Capcom:

- Releases UMVC3 in less than a year without MVC3 being able to upgrade
- On Disc DLC
- Cancelling Megaman legends 3 and blaming the fans for it
- Trying out a new save lock system on RE mercenaries that prohibits players from erasing save files
- Always online DRM policy for PSN games

Activision. Though Capcom is getting there.

EA, rushing and streamlining games for the handicap market. Day one DLC. And tacking on MP to every game so they can take advantage of microtransactions.

Proper scumbags.

EA, and here's why. Activision may be cheap but at least they're releasing full, playable games. And they have never done an online pass. Capcom's on-disc DLC sucks big-time but you're still getting a rounded experience. With EA, they're not just withholding characters like Capcom is. They're withholding entire modes. To me, that's reprehensible.

Wow EA... Capitalism at its highest...

All three companies are killing the video game industry right now.

Activision is only killing their own games. Yeah their stuff like Elite and map packs is a ripoff, but you can only blame yourself for buying them. And besides, their games already have like 15-20 maps to start with so it's not like you really need new maps anyways. Capcom is re-evaluating their on disk DLC strategy, while I'm not forgiving them for their bullshit, they might stop trying to rip people off in an attempt to save their crumbling reputation.

EA practically invented online pass and on-disk DLC/delaying DLC bullshit tactics. Not only that but they have invented a monopoly on American Football games as only they are allowed to use NFL teams in their games. They also own the Porche license and have prevented GT5 or Forza 4 from getting any. Really pathetic especially when you consider that Microsoft also has a license but for Ferrari and still let Sony put Ferrari's in GT5 anyways.
