I can't say enough good stuff about Tales of Vesperia. In the gen of console gaming JRPGS are hard to come by. Even good ones are hard to find. Tales of Vesperia is a game you should try. I back this game up as 100% the best JRPG you will play on 360 or PS3. The only problem is its exclusive to 360 in the US and PS3 exclusive in Japan. If you have a 360 and want an amazing JRPG you can't go wrong with Tales of Vesperia. Still not sure? There is a demo on XBL so try it for your self.
