@yonny616 All Marvel said was that Peter Parker is already Spider-Man by the time Captain America: Civil War comes out. They never said when in the timeline he became Spider-Man in the MCU. Obviously it wasn't before The Avengers, because where the fuck was he during the Battle of New York?

Who cares if it was before or after? They've told us he's been active. Whether that's just one year, two or three. This isn't new. Also that "easter egg" is the kind of reaching you'd need Mr. Fantastic for.
