The Witch and the Hundred Knight Revival Announced

Nippon Ichi Software has launched a teaser countdown website for a new title, but it seems like we’ve already learned (via Hokanko-Alt) it’s for a new version of The Witch and the Hundred Knight.

The teaser website only features the letters “Re,” but a Japanese blog discovered the full logo in the website’s source:


The game, originally launched for the Playstation 3 last year, had a freshness to it but was known to have some technical issues. This new version, dubbed The Witch and the Hundred Knight Revival, could possibly be either for the Playstation 4, or Playstation Vita, as Nippon Ichi Software previously stated their future games would only be coming to either of those two platforms.

Given the game had its technical issues, we’re inclined to think Revival will probably be a PS4 title, but we’ll know for sure when the countdown runs out on Monday, April 20 at 11:00 a.m. ET.
