G7 Video Game Awards 2013

We're doing nominations for this year's forum awards, so I'd love it if you guys filled out the nomination form provided below. From there, I can make the final ballot.

Just a few things I wanna say:

1. Please don't put someone else's username. Any ballot that contains a made-up username will not be counted, and if I see a user listed twice, I will PM that person asking which ballot is the one they submitted; the other will be tossed.
2. There is a category for Best Racing Game, but I couldn't find more than five nominees so there was no point in including it in this form.
3. As many of you know, Troy Baker had an exceptional year. He's listed as a nominee multiple times in the Best Voice Acting by a Male category. Only his most-voted performance will receive a nomination. Any runners-up containing Troy Baker will be disregarded. This applies to other nominees like Roger Craig Smith, who was in both Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and Batman: Arkham Origins this year.
4. Please don't go higher than five nominees. If I see you went higher, I will knock off the entry lowest on the alphabet (the lists are alphabetical, or at least are supposed to be).
5. Again, lists are meant to be alphabetical. However, I've already noticed some mistakes, perhaps because I remembered something to add to the list but forgot to move it into the right alphabetical position. Apologies in advance for any confusion.

Like I said, this was a big form so there's bound to be mistakes. If you see Forza Motorsport 3, you know it's actually FM5.

I just want to clarify that these are NOT the nominees. What we're currently doing is the nomination PROCESS. So let's say The Last of Us gets the most votes in the Game of the Year category. That doesn't mean it's Game of the Year. It means that it's in the running, along with four other games (unless there's a tie, in which case I can have more) for Game of the Year.
