Damn, the launch games for both consoles so far are very disappointing and mediocre.

IDK, KZ Shadow Fall got roughly the same Metascore and that game looked pretty solid.

It takes a while for a console to gain a large collection of games.
The PS3 had a slow start, and now it's a brilliant games platform. So paying $400 for an entire console is probably a smarter investment than paying $400 for a single chip that offers no real discernible difference.

From what I've seen, Killzone seems to have very little to offer in anything other than gameplay. Killer Instinct is probably the same considering it's a non-BlazBlue fighter, but it's probably a bit more tolerable than KZ.

The only reason the new Killer Instinct hasn't totally been trashed is because it's free to play.
