After todays chaos, i am suggesting action is needed. I am proposing a vote that will give us Moderators the neccessary power in the war against The Thing. We cannot simply ban every new account without first interrogating them first.

I propose that Moderators be given the power to un-ban accounts as being able to only ban them is useless.

I find it better if mods have to go through admins to unmod people, just to be safe.
