lol, I wasn't even bitching. I thought I was experiencing some kind of bug, so I made a thread about it. Then I realize that Padders and Shig were trolling me, after Teckno forgot to remove the downvotes on some sections, so I made a second thread as a joke.

Rep will be reset to 0 and there will be no negging.

Well the majority wants it so we shall go with it for now.

You can now use rep, but negging won't have any effect on reputation.

However, forumotion does not give you the ability to reset the rep points to 0. So I'm just going to up vote users to 0 if they are in the neg.
