| I just added the price of all the core PC parts I bought . It came to £558.03. That's 258 more than I intended on spending at first to be honest. Then I got myself a keyboard, mouse and xbox controller (not to mention thermal paste and sata cables which add £10.03) which all total to 70.65. Therefore my PC in its entirety is a 628.68 build. Now I desperately need a job. In comparison, what did yours come to? | |

| Damn guys!
What are you thinking of upgrading in the near future, if anything?
I'm thinking of throwing in an extra fan or something if I can fit it. Maybe add an SSD and a water cooling thingy :3
By the way, fucking hell, Shig. Why did you spend so much on your case (aside from the fact that you can afford it).

Either way, I only spent £25 on mine, and it's sturdy, easy on the eyes and does what it's supposed to do. Except my graphics card was too big for it so I had to tear out one of the HDD shelf thingies (whatever they are called). Shush! I'm trying

| A few cable ties & good cable management, also a modular power supply is needed. | |

| ^^ Get some cable ties or use some sellotape ! You need good air flow to keep temps in your PC decent. If your GPU is dumping heat into your case I suggest sorting out those cables. - Sawed-Off_Orc wrote:

I will upgrade every 3 years if necessary. I am due one next year. So I will be switching chipsets to Intel's Haswell whenever that releases (2014 I belive) which means a new CPU, Motherboard & RAM which is basically a new computer. Currently my SSD is the thing I want to upgrade or get at least buy another one, my 60GB isnt enough and is kinda slow only 300r/150w. My 570 is fine for now but a new 760 or 770 are rumoured to be uber fast
